Physician
Dr. Spigener is a magna cum laude graduate of Louisiana Tech University. She graduated from LSU School of Medicine in 1994 and completed a residency in Family Medicine at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA, where she served as Chief Resident. She recently obtained a Master of Legal Studies degree in Health Law, Policy, and Management from Texas A&M University School of Law. She is board certified in Family Medicine and has practiced Emergency Medicine for 25 years and served as medical director at multiple locations.
Dr. Spigener is married with two Aggie daughters, classes of ’23 and ’26 and proudly serves on the Executive Board for the Federation of Aggie Moms. She enjoys being on campus and is thrilled to have the chance to serve Aggies.
