Students can use this feature to make appointments online for general medical care. Incoming students, students seeking visits with specialists, students needing a travel consultation or tuberculosis screening, students needing a scuba physical, or students with special requests should use the appointment line at (979) 458-8310 to make their appointment. The appointment line is available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Students can also use the online Patient Portal to obtain their lab results/read secure messages sent by their SHS medical provider.
Please note that there will be a $25 no show/late arrival fee if a student does not show for his/her scheduled appointment. Students are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early for their scheduled appointment to avoid the no show/late arrival fee.
When students visit the clinic for an appointment, they are highly encouraged to bring a list of all current medications they take. Please specify the name of the medication, dosage amount, and how often it is taken. Provide this list to the nurse assisting during the visit.
