Sr. Director of Primary Care and Specialty Medical Care
Dr. Martha Dannenbaum is a graduate of Texas A&M University, Class of 1983. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio.
She completed a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center and then entered private practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 15 years. In July 2006, Dr. Dannenbaum joined the medical staff at the A. P. Beutel Health Center and then became Director for Student Health Services in September 2008.
She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition to her administrative duties, she continues to provide office-based gynecologic care for the students at Texas A&M.
She is married to Joe Dannenbaum, also class of ’83. They have two children, both Texas A&M graduates from the classes of ’07 and ’09. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, sewing and spending time with her grandchildren and dogs. Her favorite Aggie traditions are “Howdy” and Muster. She feels most connected to the Aggie Core Value of Selfless Service.
