Student Health Services has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of individuals accessing the TAMU Student Health Services website. Server Logs:
Our server will log information about your usage of our website including Hostname or IP address, and the time, date and location of files accessed. Information is collected for analysis and statistical purposes. This information in not reported or used in any manner that would reveal personally identifiable information, and will not be released to outside parties, unless legally required to do so in connection with law enforcement investigations, legal proceedings, or University investigations of System Regulation or University Rule violations.

Cookies may be used to track trends in how our website is used, and to deliver content specific to user interests. We do not use cookies to track or obtain personal information about the user.

A server session is like a cookie that is stored on a web server. It can store information such as what web pages you visited, when you visited a web page, or personal information that you supply or information the web page retrieves for you. Extensive security measures consistent with the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) “Information Security Standards” and TAMU Rules and Standard Administrative Procedures have been employed to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of information under our control, as well as the loss, misuse, or alteration of this website and/or associated electronic information resources. The information resources that support this site undergo an annual information security risk assessment via the Information Security Awareness Assessment and Compliance (ISAAC) system. The ISAAC system is used to assess the security posture of information systems and measure compliance with information security standards.
